I was going to have a small section in the stroke recovery section of this site about playing with words. But as I was thinking about it, I realized that I rely on Play to enhance and inform many aspects of Life.
Play can open doors in the head, the heart, the mind.. and the body in general. Play can relieve stress, enhance learning, create a door out of depression, stimulate the brain, focus attention, relax the mind, foster relationships, and make you laugh.
Every part of this website is laced with Play. Maybe it can also be called:
Play... Gotta have it!
Play is a pathway to wholeness. Play is a pathway to good ole fun. Add some Play to whatever you are doing. See what happens. Then write to me about it!

Free and open. Relieved. Relaxed. Moved by the hypnotic ocean, malleable sand, mystifying fog. I like to play in the sand sculpting and drawing, using stones, shells and driftwood. Walk, jump, run, swim, boogie board, dance, slither, sing, crawl, sleep, read and throw balls. All day. Into and past the sunset. Then drag me away................ hopefully back to my art room.
